In order to provide a Technical Reference to our customers, the international IPC-A -610- FR standard was adopted. However, we can adapt to other requirements on request.

LOCATIS SA guarantees production quality through sampling checks as well as the implementation of the AQL standard for product inspection.  Again, these quality checks can be adapted on request.

• The control points during production:
• Input goods inspection
• Testing of the first card produced
• Final inspection before shipment
• Single sampling IIa according to EN 60410
• Level of acceptance according to AQL 1.00 or 0.90
• Technical Reference IPC-A- 610 Rev E class II products
• Structural AOI or functional tests
• Validation of temperature profiles by measurement and recording
