A true mastery of the manufacturing process is also a key priority: with the ethos that ultimately quality is manufactured in production and only checked incidentally.

At its site in Bassecourt (Jura, Switzerland), LOCATIS SA has professional Management and Production teams which are flexible (2 x 8 hours shifts) using a variety of technical equipment allowing automated assembly of many production processes.

The heart of the system consists of SMD production lines: the latest generation from JUKI , DEK and DIMA , confined in an air conditioned and hygrometry controlled “grey room”.

Conventional Components are treated by teams in cell production. Welding is performed by a wave soldering machine.

The Mechatronics assemblies are made in a dedicated area.

Structural tests are carried out by AOI.

The Functional tests are performed on benches or in our laboratory.

Component Stocks and nudes PCB go through a standardized drying process before use.

RoHS or lead processes can be treated alike.
